Concentration

Responsible for operations and property management for the new Domain Gateway building located within the Domain lifestyle center.  Also responsible for operations and property management for the Industrial portfolio consisting of 1.3 million square feet Industrial Portfolio.

Relevant Experience

Prior to joining Endeavor Real Estate Group in August, 2008, Angela served as a Sr. Property Manager with CB Richard Ellis where she was responsible for property operations and management of an historic Downtown Austin portfolio.  She is an expert on high rise management; including new building openings, tenant finish and  operations for large industrial facilities.
Angela’s twenty years of real estate experience encompass a full range of real estate services including project management, property management, transaction management, and facility management for such companies as Trammell Crow Company and Carr America, and clients such as Archon Realty Group; DivcoWest; GE Asset Management; Heitman; ING Clarion; JE Robert Company; Principal Financial Group; Siemens Real Estate.
